The health and safety of all Riverside patrons and staff is at the forefront of all our operations. Vaccination and mask wearing are critical in helping to protect our community from COVID-19 and is an important part of our COVID-safe plan. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all patrons are fully vaccinated from COVID-19, and we will continue to require the wearing of masks inside our theatre auditoriums when 1.5m of social distancing is not possible.

Face masks are required at all times in the theatre auditorium, when 1.5m of social distancing is not possible for all patrons aged 12 and over, except those with a valid medical exemption. Face masks are strongly recommended elsewhere in the venue.
This policy will be consistently reviewed and will be updated in line with NSW Health guidelines and advice, City of Parramatta WHS policy and procedure.
