Our Gift e-Vouchers are available in any denomination and can be redeemed for any event at Riverside Theatres. Purchase yours online, in person from our Box Office, or over the phone and it will be emailed to you instantly with a printable certificate.

Important information regarding the delivery of e-Vouchers into your email inbox

Please note, that you will receive two (2) emails once you have completed your purchase of an e-Voucher. The first will say “that your order will be emailed to you 48 hours before the event start time”, please use this email as a receipt of your purchase. A second email will be sent to you approx. 15 minutes later with your PDF e-Voucher attached.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Gift e-vouchers may be purchased from the Riverside Theatres website, and can be used to buy a ticket for any event, any day of the week.
  2. If purchase total exceeds the value of your Gift e-Voucher, you will have to pay the balance using another of our accepted forms of payment.
  3. Gift e-Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
  4. Gift e-vouchers cannot be extended once expired. Additionally, you cannot redeem a new e-voucher using another e-voucher.
  5. Gift e-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. Riverside Theatres does not accept any liability for lost or stolen Gift e-Vouchers.
