Riverside Theatres and Spot On Children's Festival presents

Ali McGregor’s Jazzamatazz!

Venue

Lennox Theatre

Dates

01 October - 02 October 2015

Led by award-winning cabaret star Ali McGregor, this hour of jazzy beats and trashy pop classics gets your children singing, prancing, twisting and dancing.

Direct from sellout London, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Sydney Festival seasons, McGregor and her jazz trio are joined by two dancers who teach rock’n’roll, swing and jive moves. Parents, grandparents and friends can join in or sit back, relax and simply watch the little ones tire themselves out on the dance floor!

With songs like ‘Who let the dogs out?’ ‘A-Tisket, A-Tasket’ & ‘Single Ladies’ everybody will be ‘Shufflin’ to the be-bop beats & hep-cat treats.

Ali and her band are joined by two dancers who rock-n-roll, swing and jive with the kids, teach them some moves and help keep the atmosphere one of unadulterated fun!

Winner of ThreeWeeks.co.uk Editor’s Award at Edinburgh Fringe 2013

“McGregor’s supreme professionalism and vocal talent is evident, as she manages to make children’s favourites and pop classics alike sound sultry and elegant.” – ThreeWeeks.co.uk ★★★★★
