Teeming with comedy, wit and an abundance of bravura choreography, Carlos Acosta's exuberant take on one of the most loved 19th-century classical ballets.
Created for The Royal Ballet a decade ago - brings the Spanish heat and romance of Cervantes' novel to life. Enlivened by Minkus’ spirited score, the story regales the adventures of the eccentric nobleman Don Quixote and his faithful squire Sancho Panza, as they help to bring a vivacious young couple, Kitri (Mayara Magri) and Basilio (Cesar Corrales), together. Feel the joy of this charming and spirited production, a wonderful showcase for the virtuosity of The Royal Ballet's Principal dancers.
Royal Ballet: Don Quixote will unfortunately not proceed due to unforeseen circumstances.
