The LightsUP Drama Festival – Parramatta is part of a suite of three drama festivals for students from NSW Public Schools.

The LightsUP Drama Festival Series is a collection of three Drama festivals taking place in Chatswood, Penrith, and Parramatta. This program offers a great opportunity for NSW Public School students and teachers to showcase their Drama skills and talents.

The LightsUP Drama Festival aims to support and encourage the development of school Drama programs. It provides teachers with a valuable platform to engage students in preparing for performances, highlighting the importance of The Arts in the school curriculum. Students will have the chance to perform in a professional venue, enhancing their skills and gaining inspiration from interacting with other Drama students. This experience not only promotes a high-quality performance but also fosters a sense of community among young Drama enthusiasts.
