Don’t miss Sydney Comedy Club’s top-rating (and rather hilarious) comedians from home and abroad, for a healthy dose of laughs this May!

Every month world-class comedians walk into Raffertys Theatre for a whole lot of funny business!

Get a dose of the funnies with Sydney Comedy Club’s top-rating (and rather hilarious) comedians.

The May line-up* is:

Jason 'Rash' Ryder

In the live comedy arena, Jason is one of Australia’s most experienced performers, both a feature comedy act and MC/Host; he was the favoured host for the Comedy Channel for many productions. He has featured in Australia’s top live comedy venues, events, and festivals, both here and overseas, such as the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Festival. He has also toured extensively throughout regional Australia, in addition to performances in London, New York, and for the troops in Afghanistan.

His vast catalogue of practical experience and career development has allowed Jason to become one of Australia’s most valuable and popular corporate humourists. His genuine knockabout Aussie style and accessible material have won him dedicated fans in this most challenging area of entertainment. Jason has twice been nominated for the ‘MO Comic of the Year Award’, which puts him in the company of legendary names like Vince Sorrent, Will Anderson, and Jimeoin.

Sarah Stewart

Sarah Stewart is a midwife, mother and has been married for 40 years, so she does comedy to get away from them all. Sarah is a regular on the Sydney and Canberra comedy scenes and over the last few months has been touring her first solo show  “Midwife Crisis” to sold out crowds in Canberra, North Australian Festival of Arts and the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Tommy Dean

Tommy Dean does Stand-Up Comedy. He does it pretty well. He plans on doing it as good or better than he ever has before on this one night in Parramatta.

You should come see if he succeeds.

If you like credits, he is the forever panelist on TGIF, ABC Radio with Richard Glover. He has been on TV shows. But the past is the past…you should plan your future to see him in the present.
