The Choir of Love

Lennox Theatre

07 September 2014

A stunning combination of voice and instruments, and a delicate blend Eastern and Western rhythms and sounds, Riverside is delighted to present the Arabic choir, Choir of Love, as part of the Sacred Music Festival.

Singing traditional and contemporary Arabic hymns, English traditional hymns and Iraqi Folkloric songs, the choir will be accompanied by keyboard, Spanish guitar, and Arabic lute (Oud) live on stage.

The Choir of Love have produced two albums and were awarded 3rd place in the 2013 McDonald’s Sydney Eisteddfod in the Sacred Choirs division.

They advocate love and peace through their music, so relax and enjoy as the sounds of their glorious voices wash over you and raise your scared spirits.
