THE ADVENTURES OF ALVIN SPUTNIK: DEEP SEA EXPLORER
Created by Tim Watts

“…an endearing Australian solo show…akin to a theatrical Wall-E.” – New York Times

After delighting family audiences around the world, the multi award-winning masterpiece about intrepid explorer Alvin Sputnik comes to Riverside.

In the not-too-distant-future the seas have risen, and those who survive live on farms atop skyscrapers and mountains. In a last ditch effort to save the human race, our hero Alvin Sputnik must journey down through the mysterious depths of the deep blue sea, to find a new place for humankind to live.

Featuring a fusion of animation, puppetry, projections, live and recorded music, this visually spectacular and inventive production will captivate and spark the imaginations of your whole family and resonate with you for years to come.

“absorbing, touching and uplifting.” – The Australian
