SUITABLE FOR YEARS 3 – 12 (Stages 2 – 6)
From the Program Coordinator…
This event is a gem as it provides a rare opportunity for students to perform their original work in a professional venue with the help of professional mentors, stage managers and technical staff. The transformative power of students having agency over their creations is such a delight to witness. Sharp Short Theatre is a must for students interested in performing arts, creative writing or leadership (as the students are directors of their work too). If you have been thinking of dipping your toes into a participatory drama production, this is a great place to start.
According to the exemption under the public health order (COVID 19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order (No 7) 2020 (NSW) under the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW), issued on February 1 2021, organised groups who enter a premises as part of a school, child care, aged care or disability group are not required to provide the premises with contact details of every person in their group. This is subject to the following conditions:

- The group organiser must provide the premises (Riverside Theatres) with at least two contacts to make available to NSW Health.
