A maestro of the highest standing in Indian music, Hari Prasad Chaurasia is a special guest of Parramasala 2012. His musical output is astonishing, from performing and recording with The Beatles to the creation of scores for hit Bollywood films and his precise classical compositions. He is indeed amongst the world’s most influential living musicians. He is the master of the ‘bansuri’ – the classical Indian bamboo flute. This exotic and stunning concert is a fitting finale to the Parramasala 2012 program.
