Mr. Snot Bottom is a disgusting kid’s comedian brimming with the topics they love; boogers, bottoms, pop-offs and smells.

The 50 minute roller-coaster of weirdness is largely a stand-up comedy performance but also incorporates pantomime and multimedia effects to deliver a fast-paced romp based on themes relating to all things silly and gross.

A cast of weird characters and oddities join Mr. Snot Bottom on stage including Derek the Giant Hanky, The Feet-Scented Flowers, the F-art Gallery and Phlegm the Human Booger to bring together this hilarious fun-park of a
show!

Recommendation: Ages 4 – 10 years

Mark Trenwith
Writer, Performer

Mark Trenwith is an Australian based stand-up comedian whose colorful and clownish style has seen him earn many Australian film and TV projects including Peaches starring Hugo Weaving and a major role as super-hero Bounce-Back Man in ABCTV’s children’s program Being Me.

Mark has performed various self-devised stand-up shows across the Melbourne Comedy Festival and Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringes as well as many children’s theatre shows including Thomas The Tank Engine and Friends and Ben 10 The Live Experience.

Mark also appears regularly as Captain Starlight, a super-hero who entertains ill children at the Royal Children’s Hospital and in 2010 won Adelaide Comedian of The Year.

Special relaxed performances of Mr Snot Bottom’s Stinky, Silly Show and Curious Jac will be held for children with additional needs, or anyone who might benefit from a more relaxed atmosphere. Modifications to this performance include the option to enter the performance space early, house lights being kept on during the performance, an introduction by the performers to aid with comprehension and sudden loud noises or lighting states reduced or removed. Patrons will be welcome to come and go as needed. Children will also be able to meet the performers before the performance begins to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during the show. A social story for each performance is available to download from our website.
