After ripping up Sydney’s comedy scene and winning multiple awards, including securing a place as a RAW Comedy State Finalist twice (2013 & 2015), Gerard McGowan has rightfully earned his spot as one of Sydney’s best up and coming comedians.

James O’Connell is a comedian who likes to push the envelope and give a different take on popular topics such as male issues, Feminism, dating, sex, etc.

Has performed professionally in comedy clubs and pubs around Australia.

Simon Kennedy has been one of Australia’s funniest and most reliable comedians for over 22 years. Simon has been a regular on The Morning Show (Channel 7) and Studio 10 (Network 10) with multiple appearances on The Project (Ch10), Today Show (Ch9), Joker Poker Series 1 & 2, and Stand Up Australia (Foxtel).

When the NOVA radio network launched in 2001 they very quickly appointed Simon to a national role adding an irreverent comedy edge to its sound – writing and lending hundreds of character voices to dozens of topical comedy segments every day, helping NOVA to #1 in multiple markets.

For over 5 years Simon hosted the weekend shows “The Show With No Name” and “Kennedy & Philp” on Sydney’s Nova 96.9FM.

Simon’s voice never rests for long. As well as being a regular promo voice across the ABC TV network for more than 5 years, he can be heard bringing a multitude of characters to life for various animation series including Disney!

Besides comedy Simon is a deep thinker, his memoir 9/11 AND THE ART OF HAPPINESS was released in 2014 and gained wide accolade. Simon regularly speaks on the topics of resilience, letting go of bitterness, and of course the art of happiness.

‘This is so beautifully written, so heartfelt and more than anything, it has so many important messages contained within it’ – Adam Hills
