Gearard McGeown has developed a loyal following and has been lucky enough to share the stage with Matt Okine, Ronny Chieng, Chris Rock and Amy Schumer to name a few.
Known for his deadpan, machine-gun delivery, Gerard was described as ‘a master of the self-piss-take’ by The Music 2017. His new show explores pizza theft, the perils of civil construction, redemption and everything in between.
Not many comedians can say that their first ever performance was in front of 1200 people and broadcast nationally. Justin Jones can. Ever since a chance experience gave him the opportunity of a lifetime Justin has had a hunger for making audiences happy.
Justin is a loud, loose larrikin with a heart of gold and a razor sharp tongue who often finds himself in strange situations. From his initial appearance on Triple J’s Good Az Friday to now, Justin has been found on stage with a microphone everywhere from 2SER, to comedy clubs all over Sydney, Newcastle and the Illawarra and even STUDIO 10 (Channel 10). He’s performed at Sydney Fringe Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival and now he’s bringing his hilariously laid back outlook on life to you.
At the tender age of eight, Darren Carr started playing with dolls and talking to himself. Luckily for him, coming from a show business background, this was not only considered to be quite normal, but actually encouraged.
Nowadays, Darren is recognized throughout the industry as Australia’s Number One Ventriloquist, performing with his cast of hilarious characters, at hundreds of corporate functions, special events, nightclubs, and theatres, worldwide.
Darren has been honored with over two dozen “ACE” and “MO” Entertainment Awards as “Specialty Performer of the Year” and “Australian Performer of the Year”. In 2013 he reached the finals of “Australia’s Got Talent” on the Nine network and the YouTube videos of these performances have had over 6 million views. He has also twice accepted invitations to appear as a headliner at the International Ventriloquist Convention in the USA.
