Your upcoming visit to Riverside

Face Masks

While not mandatory, we encourage all audience members to consider wearing a well-fitted mask during performances, especially if it makes you or others around you feel more comfortable. Please remember to bring a fitted face mask with you.

Stay Home If Unwell

Please refrain from visiting if you’re feeling unwell, have experienced any cold, flu or other respiratory symptoms in the past 14 days, are awaiting the results of a test for an infectious disease, or have been identified as a positive case contact. We ask you to err on the side of caution for the benefit of everyone. If you need to amend your booking due to health concerns, please contact us to arrange a ticket exchange before the commencement of the event.

e-Tickets

To facilitate a smooth and contactless entry, eTickets will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your attendance. Please have them ready for scanning upon your arrival.

Hygiene

Good hand hygiene is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of illnesses. Hand sanitising stations will be conveniently located in our foyers for your use.

Cashless Payments

In order to minimise physical contact, we prefer cashless payments for any purchases made at the theatre.

We welcome you to the theatre and greatly value your support and cooperation. Thank you for playing your part in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Further Information

If you have any questions or access requirements, please email our Box Office team, phone 02 8839 3399 or ask our Front of House staff when attending.
