COVID-19 REFUNDS, CREDITS & EXCHANGES

For the safety of all patrons and staff, Riverside Theatres has modified our ticketing terms and conditions. A full refund, credit or exchange is available to any ticket purchaser who
- Is experiencing any symptoms of COVID and/or
- Has been in contact with a confirmed COVID case and/or
- Is awaiting Covid test results and /or
- Must not attend to comply with terms and conditions of sale or instructions received at Riverside Theatres
The credit, exchange or refund option is available until the performance commences. No credit, exchange or refunds are available after the performance has taken place.
A credit, exchange or refund will continue to be offered for any tickets to cancelled or rescheduled shows.
These modified terms and conditions will be in place until 31 December, 2020 at which time they will be reviewed.

Tickets to all of Riversides performances and events are sold directly through Riverside’s Box Office. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or over the counter, as listed below.
All performances currently on sale appear with performance times, venue and ticket prices. Online booking is available and provides 24 hour, 7 day-a-week access for ticket purchases. Simply search for your event and follow the prompts through to booking. Please be sure to check performance date, time and venue when making your booking.
Call Riverside Box Office on 8839 3399 between business hours. Charge to Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express. Tickets will be posted, or may be collected from the Riverside Box Office.

Depending on the performance and producer, Riverside’s shows may offer a range of the following discounts and concessions. These include, Senior Card holders, full-time students, Centrelink-issued Pensioner card holders, Veterans’ Affairs pensioners and Health Care card holders are eligible for concession prices. In addition, we may offer Unemployed, Youth 30&U, Child 16&U and special group prices. To claim a concession or discount, please indicate when booking. Please note, that concession holders MUST have their cards on them when attending a performance.
Please indicate in which section of the theatre you would prefer to be seated when booking.
If you require specific seating, audio or accessible parking, we are happy to assist. We have a limited number of parking spaces available for RTA Permit holders only. An administration fee of $5 applies for each reservation. We will attempt to accommodate your seating requirements as requests for wheelchair access, aisle seats, seating close to the stage for better viewing and audio assistant technology.
