For unknown reasons, the Earth’s ionosphere has weakened dramatically during the course of the last century.

All animal and plant species perished decades ago. All that remains is one small group of humans who attempt to resist the hostility and hardness of the external environment from SUMER, the last hive city in the world.

In the beginning, not everything went quite entirely according to plan.

During the construction of the universe, a young member of the Cosmos Corp ofEngineers dreams of doing something more than his menial job of planetary ring construction, so he sets out on his own, breaking some fundamental laws in the name of self-expression.  Adventuring across space and time, he discovers there is more going on behind the scenes of this new universe than anyone imagined.
