Join us for Opening Night, where we’ll screen some of Australia’s best new short films and web-series, followed by a fun networking event designed to have you meeting other like-minded indie filmmakers and cinephiles. The after party includes catering and drinks!

Short film A Single Body (Un Seul Corps) by writer/director Sotiris Dounoukos* will be featured on the night. This film has won multiple awards including Best Film at the St Kilda Film Festival and inaugural Best International Short Film at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Best friends and abattoir workers David and Wani are saving to open their own butchery. Before they can realise their dream, the arrival of a new worker will test the bonds of their shared life.
