Dates 26 September - 28 September 2013

Based on the book by Duncan Ball

See the world a little differently with Emily Eyefinger!

Join us for a fun and thrilling adventure with Emily, who was born with an extraordinary gift, an eye on the end of her finger. But Emily has a dilemma. “Am I Emily because of my eyefinger or am I Emily because of me?”

Emily struggles with being different, but soon discovers that being a little different has its advantages as she can see around corners, far ahead and below the sea. Her eyefinger helps her solve mysteries and save her friends.

Expect lots of laughter, silly antics and good old-fashioned fun for the whole family as Emily, with her best friend Malcolm, Great Aunt Olympia and other chums, embarks on her biggest journey yet, solving the mystery of the Tomb of Tutenkamouse!

A light-hearted and joyous work with plenty of action to keep the kids entertained from the award-winning Monkey Baa theatre company.

“Combines the silliness of Ripping Yarns with the wackiness of Scooby Doo.”  – SMH

REVIEW –

“Emily Eyefinger was a really good show. I enjoyed watching all of it. I liked it because there was a screen so you could see what the Eyefinger could see. I also thought it was really funny, especially when Malcolm, The Professor and the Aunt were all together. I laughed a lot at the crooks catching a ride on the plane and the funny positions they got in.

My favourite part was when the crooks escaped from jail and came running through all the seats. One came right up to me. My favourite person was Emily because she was loads of fun to watch and I liked the way she talked to her Eyefinger. My brothers favourite characters where the crooks. Both my brother and I got a fright when the Piranha jumped out from the screen but that then made me laugh.

I want to now read some of the books about Emily’s Adventures. I had a great time at the show and watching the adventure they went on.”
