Premier State Ballet presents

Cinderella is the story of a lonely young girl that has lost both her parents. She now lives with her loveless step mother and two spiteful step sisters that treat her like a servant. Cinderella is desperately sad about the loss of her mother and often visits her grave to keep her memory alive. She often dreams of a better life of fun and romance, and her dreams come true when she is visited by a magical fairy godmother that transforms her and grants her wish to attend the Royal Princes Ball.

Cinderella is a sensation at the ball and is doted on by the Prince. She has been warned by her magical godmother not to stay out past twelve o’clock as this is when she will transform back to her real self. When the clock begins to strike midnight, she must make a hasty departure from the ball, leaving one of her shoes in a panic not to be discovered. The Prince is besotted by the beautiful stranger and begins a search to find her. With Cinderella’s shoe to help him he eventually finds her and whisks her away from her horrible step family to be with him.
