1. a) to contact You about or provide You with information pertaining to the services of Riverside Theatres (including, but not limited to, the status of such services), from time to time;

b) to record any amounts due to or from You in respect of the services provided by Riverside Theatres;

e) to comply with obligations imposed on Riverside Theatres under all laws relating to the operations and statutory functions of Riverside Theatres (including, but not limited to, laws relating to privacy or information disclosure);

6. Riverside Theatres reserves the right to reproduce in whole or in part any correspondence or submission You make to Riverside Theatres (including, but not limited to, any Personal Information contained in any such correspondence or submission).

7. In Your correspondence to Riverside Theatres, the inclusion of Your contact details is voluntary, but choosing to omit this information may limit Riverside Theatres’ ability to assist You.

8. You are entitled to have access to any of Your Personal Information which is held by Riverside Theatres. You are also entitled to request Riverside to edit and delete such Personal Information on Your behalf, and Riverside Theatres will make such edits or deletions unless it is not permitted under any relevant laws.

UNENFORCEABILITY

11. If any of these terms and conditions of use are invalid or unenforceable, they will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions of use, and the remaining terms and conditions of use will have full force and effect.

WAIVER

12. If Riverside Theatres does not act in relation to any breach of these terms and conditions of use by You, this does not operate as a waiver by Riverside Theatres in respect of any rights or entitlements it may have in respect of such breach.

GOVERNING LAW

13. These terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
