Riverside, a place where books come to life, where stories are told and daredevils reign alongside wacky science, puppets, music, fantasy, adventure and lots of laughter. A place where young people can suspend disbelief and get swept up in the kind of magic that only live performance can deliver.

We believe that arts engagement has the power to spark imagination and creativity, stimulate dialogue and provide lasting memories. We also know that children are the world’s most honest audience members and keep this in mind as we select the productions for our Children’s Theatre season, choosing work of high quality from some of Australia’s best children’s theatre makers to ensure that parents enjoy the experience as much as your children.

At Riverside our aim is simple, to bring children to the arts and the arts to children in the most exciting ways possible.
