Craig McMaster is the Director of Riverside Theatres Parramatta, the premier performing arts and cultural venue in Western Sydney.
Riverside is the centrepiece of performance culture in Sydney’s central city, Parramatta, offering world class artistic and cultural performances and live events. Well-established and highly respected by both the local community and the national arts industry, Riverside is a successful cultural and community asset of City of Parramatta Council.
As Director, Craig is responsible for leading the Riverside and National Theatre of Parramatta teams to deliver a rich and diverse program in artistic, commercial and community works. Craig has an extensive senior leadership background in entertainment and the arts with more than 30 years industry experience in theatre, cinema, events and venue management, ticketing, marketing and technology. Previously Craig held the role of Project and Executive Director of Sydney Coliseum Theatre, West HQ .
Prior to this, Craig worked as Chief Marketing and Information Officer (CMIO) for VenuesLive Management Services, as CEO of leading premium ticketing and VIP packaging provider Showbiz Group, and in senior leadership roles with Australia’s leading primary ticketing provider, Ticketek Pty Ltd firstly as Chief Operating Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer.

Joanne Kee
Executive & Creative Producer of National Theatre of Parramatta
Joanne Kee is responsible for the artistic and strategic pathway of National Theatre of Parramatta in her role as Executive Producer. She was Business Manager of Programming Sydney Opera House, co-Artistic Director and founder of the Sydney International Women’s Jazz Festival, Artistic Director at Sydney Improvised Music Association, and General Manager of The Song Company.
Joanne has produced and toured multi-award-winning works around the world. Always passionate about opportunities for artists she set up creative development residencies and performance opportunities for artists and ran a critically acclaimed national touring project. She has also worked at the Arts Council of England and Carnivale, multicultural arts festival. As a producer, she has toured internationally award-winning work. She is on the Create NSW Theatre board and a judge for the Nick Enright playwriting awards. When she was Chair of Ausdance NSW Joanne delivered the choreographic lab and venue, Critical Path.

Catherine oversees the delivery of Riverside’s extensive program of live performing arts and cinema.
Catherine has an extensive background in performing arts, specialising in Theatre for Young Audiences. She previously worked in the programs team at the Powerhouse Museum (2015-2016); was the Outreach Coordinator at the New Zealand International Film Festival (2014) and worked across the independent theatre sector in Wellington, NZ. She holds a Master of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington (NZ).

Mike Brew
Technical & Facilities Operations Manager
Mike Brew is the Technical & Facilities Operations Manager at Riverside Theatres in Parramatta, bringing over 11 years of experience in the industry.
Starting as a casual technician in 2012, Mike rapidly advanced to his current role through dedication and a passion for the technical side of theatre. His journey began in high school as part of the lighting and sound team, and he later ventured into community theatre at Theatre on Chester in 2006.
Mike’s expertise is rooted in hands-on experience, and he proudly maintains membership with the Venue Managers Association (VMA). In his 8+ years at Riverside Theatres, Mike has played an integral part in shaping the theatre’s operations and driving its ongoing success.
