We have enhanced health and hygiene measures in place to put the health and safety of all visitors and staff at the forefront of what we do. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
IF YOU ARE UNWELL, STAY HOME
Please do not attend if you feel unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID and/or have been in contact with a confirmed case or are awaiting COVID test results. Call our Box Office team prior to the date of the performance so we can get you into another performance or issue a refund if required.
COVID CHECK-IN REQUIRED FOR ENTRY
Before you enter Riverside Theatres, you will be required to register using the Service NSW app. Please have the latest version of the Service NSW app downloaded on your mobile device. Click here to download the app. We have other options on-site if this is not possible.
As per the NSW Public Health Order (that is in place from 11 October), Riverside Theatres will require anyone aged 16 years and over to be fully vaccinated unless lawfully exempt. Check-in processes will be in place for verifying proof of vaccination. Children under the age of 16 are welcome to attend and do not require vaccination, however, must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated person from their own household. Riverside Theatres will continue to update its procedures and conditions of entry in consideration of the Public Health Orders prevailing at the time.
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL PATRONS AGED 12 AND OVER
Face masks are mandatory at all times in the theatre for all patrons aged 12 and over except those with a valid medical exemption. Proof of written medical exemption will be required at entry to the theatre. Verbal exemptions will no longer be accepted. Please bring your own mask. Disposable masks will be available if you forget to bring one. We ask that you be respectful to others as reasons for not wearing a mask are not always obvious.
Temporary removal of masks for consumption of food & beverage is permitted.
CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATIONS
Riverside Theatres is currently operating under COVID Safety measures in accordance with NSW Health guidelines. This is currently 100% capacity across all our seated venues. You will have patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING
To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your allocated seat unless you are purchasing food & beverage, merchandise or using the restrooms, in which case we ask you to purchase your items and then move back to your allocated seat as soon as possible. When you move around the theatre foyers please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons and follow the signs and the directions of our theatre team.
INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES
We are performing additional deep cleaning before, during and after events including frequent sanitisation of high use surfaces and fogging. In addition, hand sanitisers, anti-bacterial wipes and handwashing facilities are provided throughout the building. We will also have signage throughout the building indicating capacity limits and social/physical distancing.
Our Front of House staff have completed COVID Safety training. Staff are wearing masks and masks are available for your use.
Cashless payments are in place at the Box Office and Riverside Bar.
