RIVERSIDE ON THE MAP

Riverside is located on the banks of the scenic Parramatta River.
In the heart of Parramatta, it is within walking distance of discount parking and all forms of major public transport.

GETTING HERE

Riverside is located on the corner of Church and Market Streets, Parramatta, NSW, 2150.
Ideally situated on the banks of the Parramatta River in Parramatta, alongside 10 hectares of river walks, manicured parks, restaurants and pubs. Riverside is a 30 minute drive from Sydney CBD. Riverside is part of the dynamic Parramatta Entertainment Precinct, western Sydney’s hub of live performance, cinemas, restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels and plays host to the city’s vibrant nightlife.

There are many easy ways to get to Riverside, whether it be via a short walk from Parramatta Wharf along the river, driving and parking in one of the nearby carparks or using one of the public transport options within easy strolling distance.

BY TRAIN
Parramatta is linked from all directions by train. Riverside is approximately a 12 minute walk from Parramatta Train Station. Exit from Darcy Street, turn right into Church Street and follow it up to the theatre, just across the Lennox Bridge. Plan your trip by train here.

BY BUS
Bus services are available to Parramatta from all directions: through Hills Bus, Sydney Buses and Hopkinsons. The nearest bus stops are on Wilde Ave/Smith St – a short walk away from the theatre. Plan your trip by bus here.

BY FERRY
Parramatta Wharf is an enjoyable 8 minute walk to us along the river. Plan your trip by ferry here.

BY CAR
Church Street is currently closed to general traffic between Market & Macquarie Streets, to allow for Parramatta Light Rail works. Additionally, on CommBank Stadium event days the roads around Riverside are busier than usual with ticketholders making their way to the stadium during the afternoon or evening peak – check out the event calendar here.

If you are planning on driving, allow extra time to find parking and to reach the venue. Plan ahead by checking the LiveTraffic website here and use the Parramatta Parking Finder for ‘real time’ and the most up-to-date information (see below for up-to-date parking information).
