SPICY FUSION
Friends of India Australia presents a visual kaleidoscope of colourful costume, rhythmic movement accompanied with toe tapping music. Seamlessly transitioning from one genre of artform to next interlaced with witty dialogue it will be an entertaining ride in two acts.
Janaki Easwar’s melodious voice will inaugurate the event. The journey will proceed to tapping sensation Girls on Tap. Ettighausens will burst on stage with a riveting spectacle. The Movement Nation’s crisp hip hop will be the next stop. The beats of African drums and dance will traverse the stage, followed by North Indian classic Kathak from Ruchi Sangi. The IMI Kpop will then captivate the audience. The next visit is latin dancing extravaganza. Finally the event comes to close with Bollywood performance. What a rollercoaster!

Nick Fury and Saloni Sareen will navigate our excursion through the dance maze. They will engage the audience a few times along this trip.
Friends of India Australia (FOIA) is a not for profit organisation is promoting unity through performing arts in the form of Spicy Fusion, an especially curated stage program. It is one component of the SpiceFest. FOIA champions blood donation drives, health advocacy, fundraising for Lismore floods, and delivering Covid relief activities such as Oxygen concentrators to India and Covid medical packs in Sydney. FOIA assists families in economical strife and health crisis. More recently supporting climate change through SpiceFest. From inception, FOIA’s expertise lies with Festivals namingly Ganeshotsava for last 27 years. FOIA aims to engage, educate and entertain.
