Filmed during and after a 10-month drama therapy and theatre project in Baabda Prison, set up by director Zeina Daccache, this gripping and tragi-comic documentary features women inmates who challenge societies that oppress women. Through their unprecedented theatre initiative, these “murderers of husbands, adulterers and drug felons” reveal their stories, fears and hopes.
