Performance by Agile Not Fragile followed by a film DANCE DIARIES: SYDNEY by Linda Luke and Martin Fox and Q&A with artists who will talk about wonders of dancing and ageing.

Agile Not Fragile – a mature age contemporary dance project for the young at heart but not so young of body.The Agile dance group was formed towards the end of 2014 as part of Penrith Council’s Re-Imagine Ageing initiative. The group rehearses at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre every Friday morning during term time and has performed at many local events including and an annual Cancer Council fundraiser, the Penrith Seniors Dance concert and with a group of young dancers at the Meet St Marys Project.

This session will be held in conjunction with Dancers with Disabilities – Dance Diaries: Home
