Christina Van Look‘s humour varies from hilariously self-deprecating to bitingly sardonic but her punchlines are delivered with a relaxed smile that makes her a favourite wherever she performs. Christina is renowned for her rapid-fire jokes, parenting as a competitive sport and why you need to visit a sex shop at least once in your life.
She has spent an extended period performing comedy in New York where she recently performed at Gotham Comedy Club and the Comedy Cellar. She also featured on The Darren Sanders Show on Foxtel and Peter Berner’s ’The B-Team’.
“Christina Van Look is one terrifically funny woman. Nothing is as refreshing as a mother with a disdain for children.”– Rick Crom (Louis CK, Inside Amy Schumer)
“One of the funniest women in comedy.” –Mikey Robbins (Good News Week)
Self confessed man-child Mitch Garling is a comedian, actor, avid collector of shirtless David Beckham pictures, and one of the regular faces around the Sydney stand-up comedy scene. Since being a finalist in both the 2015 & 2016 RAW Comedy Competition, he is the comedian of choice for warming up crowds for ‘Monday Night with Matty Johns’, and has appeared on ABC’s ‘The Checkout’.
Sean Woodland began performing stand-up comedy at age 40. Since then he has forged his dream career, captivating audiences around Australia and abroad, with his ‘everyman’ appeal always a winning formula. Sean’s material is endearingly relevant as he tells comical truths from his own, varied experiences whilst also drawing on a barrage of observational funnies that are befitting of his irreverent and curious persona. He cleverly dismantles meaningless language, shallow rituals, pretentiousness, tokenism and many other annoyances borne of popular culture.
With a joke per minute rate rarely seen on a stage, Sean Woodland is a comic that will stay with you for a while. He is one of the most sort after club performers in Australia and is not to be missed.
Not limited to the stage Sean performs in sketch comedy, is a freelance writer and author, having numerous satirical pieces published in Australian magazines and newspapers.
“☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Has more than the average number of laughs up his sleeve…Do Woodland and yourself a favour and get along.” The Adelaide Advertiser
