Himalayan Film Festival


The vision of this Himalayan Film Festival is to empower and encourage film-makers and artists, especially young and emerging talent, in using and exploring film and art as means of creative expression. They hope that this festival will enable audiences to gain a deeper understanding of issue and the value of unique heritage culture and way of life in the region and explore the majestic beauty of the Himalayas and the spirit of its people. Showcasing a diverse list of films, the festival will explore themes of compassion, conflict, occupation, love, peace, migration, environmental justice and human rights.
