Parramasala 2013

Parramasala is an international contemporary arts festival that celebrates the cultures of South Asia and Parramatta’s many diverse communities.

Labour Weekend, Friday 4 – Monday 7 October, 2013

Parramatta City becomes the centre of a vibrant and entertaining festival of music, dance and theatre from around the world.

The Festival includes free concerts and performances, exhibitions; food and handicrafts markets, and a communities stage.

Parramasala’s artists and audiences come from many parts of the world and from its many communities. What they have in common is their incredible diversity and that they reflect the cultural riches of Parramatta and Western Sydney.
