About the role
This position is responsible for the co-ordination and support of Riversides National Theatre of Parramatta. On a daily basis you will responsible for assisting with invoicing, contracting, managing payments, office administration required for delivering our projects and productions.
About the person
The successful candidate should have previous experience developing and maintaining business relationships. Supporting staff and management in delivering the Company’s program preparing artist and partnership agreements, assisting guest artists with day to day enquiries.
Relevant qualifications such as a certificate in Arts Management, business typically, up to 3 years or similar associated experience.
Performing arts administrative expertise and experience and or demonstrable experience in customer service particularly with regard to defusing potentially difficult situations Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of processing accounts and contracting and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute positively to team operations and working relationships. Experience in a multi-task environment requiring application of priorities, meeting of deadlines and working under pressure. Good communication skills and knowledge of computers, preferable MS Office and financial systems.
