DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as part of the Team, this role is required to:
Respond to general enquiries and redirect as appropriate and communicate effectively with the organisation on behalf of the team as required
Coordination of stationery orders
Photocopying, compilation and binding of papers as required
Meeting preparation and clean up, including meeting and welcoming visitors and overseeing set up of AV equipment
Physical and electronic filing of records
Maintenance of contact lists and databases
Mail and distributions
Assistance with note taking at meetings
General housekeeping
Assisting the team prepare for industry events and other public facing activities
Assisting the team meet corporate obligations (gifts and benefits register, petty cash reconciliations etc.)
Actively participate in all training and development activities;
Adhere to all relevant Council policies and procedures;
Support the production of shows as an assistant to the Production Manager and/or Stage manager or other creatives as required.
Other duties as directed.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
A permanent right to work in Australia
Strong communication skills
Great organisational skills
Use of office systems and software (e.g. Excel and Word) with capacity to learn additional systems for daily use in records management
Attention to detail
Work within timeframes and deadlines while maintaining accuracy in administration
Personal presentation standards suitable for limited interaction with external stakeholders
Assist with theatre production requirements as required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well within a team
Capacity to problem-solve
Attention to detail

SALARY
The successful candidate will receive:
National Training Wage Award ($4,500 – $5,000)
Fully funded qualification
