Meet Our Creators!

As part of our Neighbourhood series, we are excited to introduce you to companies and people who create theatre for Riverside and produce shows for our audiences. Below is a series of interviews with some of the incredible companies and people who shape our Riverside stories.


Amy Matthews, our Program Coordinator for Education, Youth & Families interviewed Eva Di Cesare, Creative Director & Producer from Monkey Baa. In this interview, Eva talks about Monkey Baa’s relationshio with Riverside and why she does what she does.


Our Program Coordinator for Film, Elizabeth Kleinberg interviewed Vonne Patiag from In Between Pictures. Vonne is the creator of the webseries Halal Gurls and the short film Tomgirl, both screened at Riverside over the past couple of years. In this interview Vonne delves into filmmaking, his career and his motivation behind some of his film projects.


Our Program Manager, Catherine Swallow recently interviewed Declan Greene, the Artistic Director and CEO of Griffin Theatre Company. In this interview Declan talks about his work both for Griffin, his past performances at Riverside, what Griffin has been working on during lockdown and more…
