War with Women Exhibition


We’re thrilled to announce that CARLA WHERBY is Beyond the Square’s next Artspace artist.

Carla is a local artist born in Parramatta. She has had her work shown in Accessible Arts’ AART.BOXX exhibitions in 2009 and 2011 at the Mori Gallery and Sydney College of the Arts and also Penrith Regional Gallery and Peacock Gallery in Auburn. Carla has also been awarded the Framing Gravity Scholarship funded by Arts NSW and the Community Art Award in the Auburn Mayoral Art Prize in 2011.

You’re invited to view her AMAZING pen and textar drawings in her ‘War with Women’ series. She is generously donating all money from any sales of her work to Beyond the Square.
